Notes
Rental Fee: $155 per night (6 guests) - 2 day minimum, 28 day maximum.
Cleaning Service Fee: $150 per visit/one time charge
Pet Fee: $75 per night for two dogs, dogs only with prior approval.
Additional Guests or Tent/Camper Fee: $20 per night (over 6 guests) per additional guest, tent or camper with prior approval.
Michigan State Short Term Rental Tax:Â 6% of total charges (rent, cleaning, pet, camper/tent camping).
